At RugsDirect, we want you to love your new rug; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a processing credit.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in the original shipping plastic or a heavy-duty equivalent to protect it from moisture and debris during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of the protective packaging.

Drop Off or Schedule

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or use our portal to schedule a convenient home pickup for larger area rugs.
