What is your return policy for area rugs?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the rug in its original condition for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, and extends the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning and air circulation.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar to prevent fiber damage. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, white cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 1-2 years for high-traffic areas.
